"Good hotel for the night. Was a stopover. Had parking facilities free of charge. Checkin was easy. Had a microwave at reception if needed and a vending machine. Service average when ordering some dinner to the room as well as breakfast. Not the best service. Maybe because we spoke only English, I'm not sure but could've been more polite. "

"Everything was very nice but we were very disappointed with the bathroom which was very outdated. Small bath with a shower over but no shower curtain. The door was a wooden concertina door which didn’t open or close easily, quietly or completely. This spoilt an otherwise lovely place. The breakfast was ver good."

"Very well-positioned hotel for the center of Kortrikt. New modern rooms and very clean and efficient hote. My only issue is that as a UK traveler, we do expect tea and coffee facilities in the room, which were not there. "

"Super stay - great location for Ypres town. The hotel and staff were superb- friendly, professional and very efficient. The door handle to the bathroom broke and even though we didn’t report it, the maid did, and by the time we returned in thee ed afternoon, the maintenance team had fitted a new one! Amazing! "

"Wow what a find! I've know of Parkhotel for many years due to their sponsorship of women's cycling. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfy room and what a breakfast selection, genuinely I stay in a lot of hotels and let's face it, brekkie selection can make or break it! I'm also gluten free due to an allergy and they had tasty gluten free selection. Great bar with a nice buzz in the evening. "Dukes palace is an amazing location. Really central and super convenient. The hotel itself is a stunning building but with a real modern feel. First time staying and loved every second. Only one minor thing was the location of plug points near a mirror and not having one which could be used for my partner Straigteners. Very minor but essential. Will definitely be returning 😀😀😀 "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

"Thank you to the hotel staff for my stay with my parents there. The front desk was always ready to help and attentive which is great when you are a tourist. It is a clean hotel , even that doesn’t have an elevator the front desk helped me with my luggage . Thank you for our stay and is well recommended . "

Christmas Markets

"We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting the Christmas Market. The location was excellent. A short walk to the main market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was quiet and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the drain in our bathroom and the had it sorted right away. Would definitely stay with them again. "
