Amazing stay at this hotel just after Christmas. Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot. Our room was massive which was a lovely surprise! And the breakfast was delicious - hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes), fruit, cereal and an amazing bread and pastry selection. We parked at the station and got the free shuttle bus into the main square, then only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again when I’m in Bruges!

Amazing stay! Staff was extremely professional and accommodating. Room was beautiful and sparkly clean. Gym and Spa were a wonderful bonus on a long road trip. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever enjoyed. Location is prime.

The hotel advertises that it has air conditioning. But there is no option for individual room temperature control - it is maintained by reception for all the rooms. It was also noisy.
