"Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. "The only problem i had were the people next door on room 323 shouting screaming help, and disgusted language. This was at 2 in the morning, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Shame these people were there then it would've been perfect. "

"The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!"

"Room was very small, making it virtually impossible to open a suitcase for a change of clothes. Air conditioning was via a portable unit, which had to vent into the corridor. This meant that to have anything like an acceptable temperature in the room, the door had to be left open all night. There is a glass partition between the shower/toilet and the beds, giving very little privacy. However close you are to your travelling companion, you are unlikely to want to be in such close and open...
