"The location is central to many places in the area. The access to the room is through some ramshackle steps that made me wonder if they would hold up. The fixtures are from the 1990s. The hot tub has hot water, but minimal pressure. If you are expecting to be greeted by hotel staff, you won't. The continential breakfast is do-it-yourself coffee. Three stars."

We were given a tour of the home on arrival, and they were quick to bring extra lighting during an unexpected power outage. We did not realize that there is also a tiny guest house on the back of the property that is available to book, and our host was able to give that guest a quick tour of the big house also.
