"My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "

"Our family has stayed at this property - the Old Stanton School House, a number of times in various seasons. It's a wonderful place with excellent, caring hosts. There are lots of rooms, it's nicely furnished and it's always super clean. It's really easy to unload your things, right from your car straight through the front door. It's very comfortable here; just like home."

"Prior to us checking in we were told only 2 hours before check-in that our booking was not ready due to a gas issue. We were only refunded 155 of 180 a night for the first day we missed due to the gas issue. We had to spend 200 to stay at an hotel. After checking in, we noticed that there were things they did not disclose about the property like the dishwasher being broken and basic household necessities were missing. Living room couch was not in good condition. After checkout we were accused of...

"House is well styled and very clean. Only bathroom is accessed theough a bedroom upstairs. Not enough towels for 6 people. No amenities as I've found in previous rentals such as no: hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap. Not enough linens for 6 people to sleep. Pull out couch, but no sheets or blankets. Bed upstairs had no sheets. No extra pillows. Difficulty with lock/access and local contatct info was incorrect/disconnected owner was very helpful when I did reach her by email and rental company was...
