Breakfast was terrible. Very limited choices, waffle batter machine barely worked. Pool was closed for renovation. Vending machine drinks were very limited. Pricing of the “snack” bar was too high. Hotel workers were rude as ever. Only milk, cranberry juice, coffee and tea to drink for breakfast. Bathroom and room weren’t properly cleaned. One roll of toilet paper wasn’t even half full…

the faults of this property would be so easy to fix. Window on second floor bent frame, propane tanks out front, plywood and skids also by front door, Pool doesn't work as per sign for check in date and check out date A little effort on the management would have this place looking good

The hotel is very outdated. The carpet is not connected so when you use the “one” luggage cart you’ll see it move with the wheels (not just a little, the entire area) The wall paper is peeling and you can see mold. The door frames are off of some doors. The couches are all stained. The covers on the box spring are stained. We had a bunch of kids swim, and every single one of them were crying and in pain from how much chlorine is in the pool, including a 1 year old. I asked the lady at the front desk if she had anything in the first aid kid and she said they don’t have one and someone used all the saline the night before. I had to rush to the nearest gas station. They don’t serve juice or even water at breakfast. Everybody woke up sick and I ended up having an asthma attack. Assuming from the mold. I would have rather stayed at a motel 6 (probably would have been a better experience and less money) but they do have the suite with the door which made it easier to put the babies to bed.

Outside of being close to our event this hotel was awful. When checking in we were given a key to a dirty room. Once they reassigned us a room we still were not stocked with towels or any other amenities. The pool was open but there were not any towels. The room itself was filthy. The floor was covered with food crumbs. The walls had diet and grime all over them. The tub was covered with soak scum had Mike around the faucet and handles. Again the proximity to our event was great however, we would not stay there again.

Disgusting and Unsafe – Avoid at All Costs! My experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The property is filthy, rundown, and completely unsanitary. Here are just a few of the issues we encountered: • Dirty Rooms: The sheets were stained and looked unwashed. The bathroom was even worse – the toilet had stains resembling cigarette burns, and the shower ceiling was covered in mold. • Unsanitary Conditions: The entire room was so dirty it felt impossible to relax. Hygiene and sanitation were clearly not a priority. • Dangerous Pool: The pool was overloaded with chlorine, which caused my kids’ eyes to burn. Not even 30 minutes after swimming, my baby developed a rash. It was clear the water was improperly maintained and unsafe for use. I have pictures to back up this review, and I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience was. This hotel is a health hazard and should not even be operating in its current state. Do yourself a favor and find a cleaner, safer place to stay. This is NOT worth the risk.

Highway noise
The pillows were lumpy. Actual lumps. It advertised choc chip cookies - there were none. But there was free cofee always available. Also of the website amenities & room looked better. BUT THE WORSE PART was the noise of the traffic outside the window all hours, all hours! I got little sleep for 2 nights. The highway noise was awful.

Not worth the money
The room was very basic. Cabinet door to fridge almost falling off. Possibly discoloration or mold on ceiling in shower due to no exhaust. The picture showed a hot tub by the pool that was covered over. The pool said heated. Was looking forward to swimming and didn’t even make it to my knees because it was cold. Asked the desk about it being a heated pool, response was it’s as high as it goes. The water was maybe 70s. Overall it was a place to sleep but nothing really nice not would we stay again.
