"It is a lovely house, we made good use of the pool and hot tub. We should have used the fire pit more often, it was really nice the one night that we did. There were things nearby to do, such as zip lining and a day trip to pittsburgh."

"My family and I spent 5 days here. Overall the property was fine, and was very clean. It is a bit smaller than the photos lead you to believe, and a bit more lived in. There was a broken table that was not repaired or replaced when I was told maintenance would come to look at it, as well as a chair that broke when my father sat down. "We had a lovely Thanksgiving at the Hobbit House! Nina was very helpful ahead of our visit and even sent me photos of the pots and pans to make sure we had what we needed to cook everything. The kids loved the trails and the hunt for the rings. They have put thought into all the little things such as labeling light switches, a QR code by the fire pit to assist with building a fire and labeling hot tub buttons so you don't accidentally press the wrong one.
