What may not be clear from online description is that the hotel is vey big with strange interior designs so that you may need to haul your luggage on carpet for a prolonged distance and may need to switch elevators to get to 6/7th floor. Best part is breakfast (if included in room fare)"

"We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe twin. The room was clean, beds comfortable, lovely view out to Hyde park with the royal Albert hall and the London eye in eyesight. The hotel must have heating issues as the room had 2 plug in radiators when we arrived. With these on the room was comfortable, without it was cold. Good location "
