The bed was comfortable yet small. As regards value for money in that location close to Victoria Station, I had no complaints. Staff were helpful and a pretty basic breakfast was available for a modest price. I had difficulty operating the heating/AC system with both a wall AC unit and radiator with separate controls,...

"Wonderful location, right on the high street and close to two tube stations. The people who work here are lovely, so helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful room, lovely service, the restaurant had halal options and the wings were amazing. Sulaiman tended to all our needs and was great. The hotel is right next to the tube station and bus stops so easy to get everywhere. The only thing is the aircon is max 26 degrees and kept turning off so was a bit cold during the night and our room was next to some train tracks so a little noisy but would definitely stay here again if I’m in west London."
