"Transferred from the Extended Stay next door, so it felt amazing walking in to this place. It really is a great facility, great food service and bar. Had to shorten my stay but eventually was able to change my reservation and be refunded. "

"The lobby and restaurant are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Joanne was especially helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh but the cleaning staff was great. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area in the future."

"Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Brookhollow was good. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in a convenient location. That said, a few things could have been better. Some areas of the hotel feel a little outdated, and I noticed minor maintenance issues that could use attention. Also, the noise level was a bit higher than expected at times. Still, it was a solid stay, and I’d consider coming back if I’m in the area again!"
