"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. "This rental was as shown in the photos posted. Checking in/out was super easy. The owner was super helpful & responsive . Street parking was available right out front of this unit and free for the overnight ,which was fantastic. Fyi...Parking meters start running at 8am. There are always police officers around, so we felt safe. The Owner provided complimentary travel sized toiletries: toothpaste, Toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, roll towels, garbage bags...

"A nice, simple stay. You do hear the train, but that's to be expected, but honestly it wasn't an issue. Communication was fantastic, the appliances worked, the heater was nice and toasty. Super easy check in and check out."

"We had a great stay here over the holidays while in PA to see family. The space was comfortable and large. Parking was easy and Dave responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We did not really use the kitchen so can’t speak to the appliances but it was a good size and had what we needed. Although near the train, we hardly heard it - just a rumble here and there and an occasional whistle but it was not loud. We could hear people in the other units but...

"This place was great! Clean, lots of great color and decorating, full shared kitchen with high end appliances. I should mention that there are stairs and no elevator which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of. Overall great experience "
