"This is a 4 plex and near the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken on occasion but DO NOT let that stop you from staying here.Beautiful home, very clean, easy access to DC and surrounding areas and very helpful hosts.My elderly parents arrived before us and the host was lovely they said in helping them access the home.Overall great place 10 out of 10 would stay here again."

"House was clean, well lit, and had spacious rooms including a very large and well-equipped kitchen. The private parking spot accessible from the alley behind the house is very convenient but a bit tricky to pull into. The one issue in the kitchen was that there was no coffee pot, so had to be creative to make coffee. Location was close to groceries and restaurants and very convenient for getting anywhere in DC. There is a very nice remodeled bathroom off one of the bedrooms. The only other issue...

"A gem of a townhouse where family could get together. Furnishings and appliances are high end and practically new. The house was newly painted with classic furnitures.It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Joshua , the owner is very attentive with any needs and concerns we might have. Next time we are in this part of Maryland, we would be happy to book this townhouse again. We really had a great time. It felt like home."

"What a lovely home! We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was close enough to DC to get there easily, but far enough away to escape the crowds and traffic. The house was clean and well-kept, and the kitchen was stocked with many helpful items. We loved having a yard and a driveway with designated parking. Everything went smoothly, and we highly recommend this home. "

"My family and I came in for an event at the University of Maryland. This Verbo was an excellent choice for us. The location was perfect. The check-in process was easy with clear communication with the owner. The place was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place and stay here in the future"

"This house has lots of space and was great for our visit which combined DC sightseeing and working remotely. We appreciated the many extras like welcome snacks and laundry supplies. The proximity to trails in Rock Creek Park was a good bonus."

"Our stay at the Cozy 4BR Cottage on a Hill was wonderful! The property had everything - from small touches like snacks when we arrived, to the extras like robes, games, and books. It was also stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was super responsive and very easy to work with. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the DMV!"

"Beautiful property and super helpful and friendly staff. When I arrived the room had not been properly cleaned with towels left in the bathroom, dirt and trash in the bin. Staff were helpful and very apologetic but wvery day i couldnt also get the coffee machine to work. Staff were the highlight- postive. Friendly, Helpful."
