"We loved the location with all the conveniences. It was easy to get around by walking for groceries or restaurants. Parking your car is tricky so we used other means of transportation, better for DC anyway. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple of situations were quickly resolved by the property manager and Evolve. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The place is just like it is listed. We were happy that the Metro was close and the grocery store was even closer. The manager was awesome. Everytime I sent a message, his responses were in a timely manner. Just wished I had his number so I could have called direct. Very nice trip. Even the teens enjoyed the stay. "We showed up expecting to have two pull out sofas as advertised. We found out there were actually 2 air mattresses instead. But no bedding was provided for them. Kitchen utensils and dishes are very limited as well. Overall the property was really nice and the host was very responsive. Just would have liked to have bedding for everyone!"
