"This has been a great experience for is. We werre able to check in early. Tom actually went out of his way to pick up tickets that we trying to figure out how we would ge but we wouldnt be in town in time to grab in person! How great is that! The neighborhood is safe and we used metro for most of our travels or we walked. Easy in/out. Lots of information for lical restaurants that he recommends. We will definitely be back!"

"This property on Maryland has it all. Clean, easy check-in, off street parking, plenty of space for our family, cozy beds and DC/patriotic themed decor. The check-out/clean up was minimal which we also appreciated. The H St steercar (which is free) was a short walk and can get you close to Union Station so you can utilize the metro system easily. We enjoyed all the close restaurant options Ben's, Stable, Daru to name a few. Whole Foods is also close. This is definitely a place we would stay...

"The location of this vacation house was ideal for walking and touring the Capita and within walking distance to a grocery and convenience stores. The house was clean and organized. A couple of upgrades would make it a little more comfortable. My only inconvenience I expressed to the owner was they have infant children upstairs and you could hear them walking around. It was not to bothersome but it was unexpected. "

"Our family of five spent a few nights here while visiting the DC sites. When driving into town, the neighborhood made us very nervous, but as we approached the property, it seemed to be ok. We were within 15 minutes of Arlington cemetery and other things were closer. Parking took longer than driving. If our family of five wanted to spend much time there, it would have been pretty small, but since we were gone all day and just needed a place to eat, shower, and sleep, it provided that....

"The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at home. The suites are spacious and attractive as well as functional with full kitchens. The gym is big enough, and kept at a cool temperature, which is much better than most hotel gyms. But this spring stay was disappointing. They had switched their HVAC system to Cooling, and it couldn't heat, even though it was quite chilly. I wasn't warned before booking, and not even when I registered at the desk. I get to a cold room a on a cold night...
