"Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. "

"Good check in. Minor glitch with the hot water but sorted by the evening. The house was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our extended family to stay and enjoy celebrations for a significant birthday. The weather was kind to us over the entire weekend, so we were all able to relax and enjoy the garden, including our Whippet."

"We were a party of 12, including children aged 10-18, celebrating the New Year. The property was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the most stunning homes we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful extra touches from Emma and Vicky—like the welcome hamper—were truly lovely.When one of our toilets didn’t flush properly, Vicky quickly arranged for a plumber, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend this house!"

"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!"

"This property has five good sized, comfortable bedrooms. It’s a few minutes walk to the bus stop and then an easy ride into Brighton. Very attentive host. "

"The house is well sized and spacious with a lovely terrace. It's one of the best kitted out kitchens I've stayed at, we could comfortably cook for 8 of us both nights and it's well placed with buses and a walk into the city centre for exploring. I highly recommend the house."

Alison even decorated for us, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. "The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...
