"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. "As a group of 8 adults, we had a fantastic stay. To have 4 bedrooms and 3 showers made the stay really comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped! Excellent location and quiet, very close to station and a short walk down to the sea front and pier. Would definitely stay here again!"

"What a stay we had in this fantastic home! I can’t thank Jaqueline enough! Everything was so easy - we were in contact throughout the year and every question I asked was answered right away.
