"We had a wonderful time in Garda that was facilitated by the lovely staff who were all friendly and helpful people. In fact they could not have done more for us! We arrived by public transport. The buses served us well on our a trip. For those using the bus, get off at hotel Caribe which is next to hotel merano. The rooms were very clean, the lake view was perfect, the breakfasts were fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. The local village is Pai which is a 10minute walk along the lake...

"Amazing views of the mountains, hotel is right on the lake takes 30 seconds from hotel door to walk to the lake, there is a walking path next to the lake that has good restaurants , paddle board rentals etc."

"We have been trying to connect Expedia , we called when we were there and still have not heard back from you. The rooms had no a-c, were filthy, and the bed was full of bed bugs that bite us up. We arrived in the evening spent a few hours and checked out as soon as the sun came up. We paid for multiple days. Please send us a refund, as we had to stay in another hotel. "

"Very nice and conveniently located small hotel on Lake Garda: friendly and effective service, comfortable, clean, a small own pier on the lake to chill: I did enjoy my stay! Two small remarks perhaps: - there are two wallboxes for electric vehicles on the property, but unless I did not get it, it is only possible to recharge Teslas; - the atmosphere is a bit too 'Germanic' for a hotel on Lake Garda in Italy."
