"The fire alarm at 3:00 AM was horrible. The waiter at the restaurant told us the next morning that it goes off every few days. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff wonderful. Tempted to not stay there again due to the chance of a false alarm in the middle of the night, but the restaurant and the proximity to the airport will be hard to resist. "

"Best place to stay for location! You are within walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion for concerts, the Woodlands Mall for shopping, a movie theatre, and the Woodlands waterway for dining and nightlife. My double bed room had an actual solid door to the bathroom where my friends had a sliding mirrored door. Very comfortable beds!"

"Hotel great... weather not so much. Enjoyed walking the area with my dog, even in the rain. Very enjoyable stay regardless the weather. "

"Room was fine even though they gave away our two bed reservation so one of us had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which was aweful. And we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for it. The hard sofa was better than the sleeper mattress. They also charged for breakfast. We got a voucher for one morning for a free breakfast because of giving up our reservation of two beds. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special and should not be for an extra fee. It should be included with the rental rate. The TV wouldn’t work and front desk was not helpful but we figured out where the unplugged connections needed reconnecting and got it to work. A decent stay close to a tournament we were in. Not the best but for the price, I didn’t have high expectations. "
