Beds were very comfortable and had the non- feather pillows requested. The air conditioner worked well. Food at complimentary breakfast was fine, although a couple of things ran out on two different days. But only one elevator would be concerning for someone in a wheelchair or unable to walk down stairs, if it was not...

"Our stay was an overnight stay in Hempstead the room was in fair condition and cleaned but I did wipe it down myself, The problem we had was the people above us they got really noisy about 10:00 at night I couldn't take it anymore so I called front desk about 10:40 they did call them because about 10 minutes later they did get quiet but although they did get up about five the next morning being noisy again until they checked out, we got up and left about 8:00 am. But overall it was an okay...

"Very friendly staff that checked us in, the building and rooms have not aged well. The smell of smoke while walking from lobby to our room, the ac was not running and it took time while we're out at a movie to cool the room down. The bathroom was need of some repairs and refinish and definitely need some more hangers in the room. I enjoyed the in room fridge and microwave. I could not figure out why they used such small pillows on the beds and only 3 per bed."
