"A lovely place! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a tasteful decor and pleasant ambience. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the station and just a short walk from the town centre, the location could hardly be better. Highly recommended on all points!"

"The hotel was lovely and of a good standard for what we paid and situated in the perfect location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a quiet rear room, which was quite small. However, it was sufficient for two nights stay. It offered some nice touches, such as cocktail glasses and a good selection of condements. There was no bar onsite however, they did have a 24 hour pantry which offered a small selection of snacks, drinks etc. The hotel is dog friendly, they do charge per night for...

"The staff is truly exceptional, as is the location and suitability for theatre goers. This is an older hotel in some ways but we found it charming. Several steps or stairs in unusual places but so many smiles and kind words. Very nice breakfast and pre-dinner meals. Champagne cold and well-served. We have been to Stratford 6-7 times over the last decade and will always come here now."

"Lovely peaceful hotel, lots of grounds to walk around . We went with our dog he loved it. The only downside , it wasn’t set up to eat with your dog for dinner & breakfast at a dinner table, just a coffee table. So we ate in our room. They do have plenty of small rooms where one could be set up for owners with their dogs. "
