"It was exactly as I expected. An apartment equivalent to a eurocamp. As a family of 5 accommodation can be awkward. The accommodation was clean, bedding clean and apartment well equipped. Not many options for eating out in zebrugge if you don't want to eat in quite a pricey fish restaurant. Carre four closes at 7. Ibis foods is not good but good to have the pool to use and the bar for a few drinks in the evening. We used the apartment as a base for Bruge. The train in was very easy and zebrugge...

"An ideal family home; very cosy and well equipped. The terrace is big and the flowers are a bonus. The children (12 years old) were very happy with the sporting field behind our holiday home (basketball, football, tennis, tabletennis and jeu de boules). It can be a bit noisy because of the upstairs neighbors, but that was no problem for us. The sea at Vosseslag is very close by and De Haan is lovely. We had a good contact with the friendly owner. "Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."

"The host Christiane made us very welcome, suggesting several interesting local events. She went out of her way to find us a local vet for our dogs checkup prior to our return home. The ground floor apartment was ideal, warm and comfortable in a perfect location not only for the beautiful coast and beaches (10 mins walk) but also for the city of Brugge (25 mins drive), so much to see and do in this fascinating area.
