"Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."

Der vordere Balkon bietet einen seitlichen Meerblick, der hintere einen Blick auf die Dächer der Altstadt. Strand und Promenade sind quasi vor der Tür, Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind schnell erreichbar. Wir waren als Familie dort und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. So blieben wir vier Tage lang ohne warmes Wasser in Küche und Bad. Auch die Heizung funktioniert zunächst nicht. Das Lattenrost des Sofabettes war gebrochen und der Toaster hatte keinen Brotchenaufsatz. Entschädigung gab's keine nur der Hinweis , dass wir 20%Ermaßugung bei nächster Buchung erhalten. Nein,...

"Dank dem Küstentram sehr gut gelegen, wir haben die ganze Küste erkundet. Dass man keine Bett- und Badzimmer-Wäsche mieten kann, ist für Reisende mit ÖV nicht so praktisch, zumal Angaben über Bettgrösse etc fehlen. Die Wohnung ist entgegen diverser Kommentare OK!"

"Das schlagende Argument für das Appartment ist die Lage. Vom Balkon hat man einen (seitlichen) Meerblick. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand. Vor der Tür sind kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. 100m weg ist ein öffentlicher aber gut besucher Gratisparkplatz. Strassenbahn auch nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Appartment direkt unter dem Dach. Aufzug bis in 5 OG, dann eine etwas enge Treppe. Keine Klima, aber wohl auch nicht nötig (habe eher die Heizung genutzt). Küche Top; 140er Bett OK. Bettwäsche und...

Straßenbahn-Haltepunkt in der Nähe. Nachteil: Parken an der Unterkunft nur gegen Gebühr, auch auf der Straße. Müllentsorgung kostet extra. Probleme mit dem Fernsehgerät; nur Streamingdienste verfügbar. Heizung ließ sich nicht kurzfristig umstellen; teilweise viel zu warm."
