"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Worked excellently for our large family with plenty of bed space and a lovely large garden. Hosts were very hospitable and very good communicators. Beautiful neighborhood just off the main road and very near to supermarkets and train station. Would gladly stay again."
