"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Very close to railway station. We only stayed 2 nights but there ware foods and drinks ready to use which was very helpful. We didn’t need to go to get them and save time. I wasn’t informed but we had 2 bedrooms, my original booking was one bedroom so it was very spacious for us. Great stay, thanks!"

"My daughter and I were visiting family in the area and know Barnet well. The flat could not be better situated so close to shops yet quiet and had a parking space. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "
