"My family's stay at the farmhouse on the river was absolutely wonderful. Adam is an exceptional host, with quick and thorough responses to questions. The house was very clean and comfortable, and 2 days there rejuvenated my family and I before heading home. It was only a 25 minute trip to JMU, which was the reason for the visit. Quiet, beautiful, perfect weekend! "

For example there was a brochure of listed items provided in cabin and their charges, we didnt have a couple of listed items such as the smores kit. Our unit was equipped with full items to cook with such as oil packets but the unit next to ours (used by same group) had oil and others things we did not. Just inconsistent with products available.
