"This is a great Hyatt property! It’s clean. The staff was amazing, down to the heart shaped towel design left on our bed by the housekeeper. The breakfast was top notch. The roof top bar was perfect after a long day of touring. I have no complaints and will definitely stay here again. The hotel is on the outskirts of London which is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The underground station is a short walk away. And it connects you immediately to the line heading to/from Paddington station (so no need for taxi when flying in or out). It also connects you with line heading to Westminster. It’s the perfect spot. "

"Unlike other hotels that has special landmarks near them cost a fortune, the Tower Hotel surprised me by the price and how one of London’s most famous landmark is right next to it. The breakfast is exact and the stay is just amazing."

"As a budget option, this was excellent. Really clean room and comfortable beds. Lack of window wasnt an issue for a short stay, but I imagine it wouldnt be great if you stayed in the room too long."

"2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it. My only grumble would be on arrival on both occasions had to wait for the room, this time just over an hour, but again staff couldn't have apologised more but to happen twice is a little disappointing. All that being said its still 5 stars from me. "
