"Pleasant stay before heading on holiday. Girl on desk was pleasant but didn’t give you the warm welcome that we expected. No information about the facilities and didn’t appear very interested. We used the pool and it was clean and tidy and the boy on reception was very helpful albeit was watching the England football game. Meal at san Carlos was the highlight of our stay. Would probably try and use a different hotel if flying from Manchester again."

"Lovely hotel. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice. The drinking / dining area are have a nice decor and feel to them, with lots of different areas. Nice location next to the golf course."
