"This was the perfect place for our one week vacation in New York."

"The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again."

"The unit was very nice and clean. The check in process was also very easy. Only thing I didn’t like was the noise coming from the unit above me. The floors and walls are thin. Should consider insulating the floor in the upstairs unit with carpet or something."

"A really fabulous apartment right in the centre of town but also very quiet (a stones throw from my favourite shop the Princeton record exchange). Everything in the apartment was new and was spotlessy clean it even had a cocktail maker and drinks area. The apartment was light and airy with 2 balconies. I would stay there again at the drop of a hat. "

"My family and I needed a place to stay for 2 nights while we did some activities in the Northeast NJ/NYC area, and we figured that a home with 3 bedrooms would be better than a single room in a motel/hotel. We were right! The home wasn't in the best neighborhood, but it was well guarded with steel doors, plenty of exterior lights, and cameras all over to deter anyone who might look to cause trouble. "The unit is amazing in size for the area. It had all of the amenities we needed and ample space for our family. The bunk beds were a bit squeaky which did cause some sleeplessness. The building is well lit and safe with several gates and monitored. The diversity of restaurants in close proximity is limited but that was an issue for us since we were in and out of the city. Overall it was a great stay despite the usual issues of being in a condo with close neighbors."
