It was acceptable for an airport hotel. One night was enough. I checked in around 8pm and left for my flight the next morning at 4:30am. So I was there just to have some dinner and sleep. Many delivery options are available for food so that was a perk. Being an airport hotel, I’m sure Turnover was high and the housekeeping staff is probably overworked and underpaid, but there was a long hair on the bathroom counter. Also, it may have been because I was not an IHG member but my room carried in noise from both the highway and the airport. I’m used to the plane/airport noises, but coupled with the highway noise through a non-insulated window made me toss and turn. I was hesitant to use ear plugs because I didn’t want to miss my alarm for my flight. There may be some better sound insulation on the opposite side of the hallway. The airport shuttle is great and runs on time.
