"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. Take your microwave as this helps a lot to supplement AGA cooking if you’re not used to cooking on one!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Mill house. We were 3 families with teenagers and spent few days at the cottage to celebrate New Year. The house is really well equipped with lots of kitchen pots, pans and utensils. We spent quite a bit of time by the fireplace playing games or just chatting. Josie was great before and during our stay. Overall, a great place which we enjoyed!"

"A family break away to celebrate birthdays. A great house for all ages with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Lovely new kitchen and enclosed rear garden. Great for dog! Lovely and clean and very warm on the cold winder days. "
