"I booked the property going solely from the reviews and was not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable. The food choices and service was good and i enjoyed eating there. I was not really expecting much as the cost was very reasonable but was impressed. The staff were really good and very pleasant. This is a town centre pub so noise may be an issue at times but during our stay it was only evident on the friday night (before xmas) which still was not a problem. I would definitely stay...

"Loved it. The staff and licals were so friendly. The breakfast chef was deserves a special mention. Very handy for osborne house which was the main reason along with our annual keyes family forum were the main reasons for visitong. Especially poignant as my jusband was due to arrange this years get together. And this was his idea. Unfortunatley he died before he coukd achieve this so i stepped in. "
