"We were just extremely happy with this little gem of a hotel. The managers, Steve & Wendy were fantastic and loved one’d after us from beginning to end. The issue was that we were on a set timeline in order to make our morning tour and, upon being prompted by the menu, let our server know we had an hour to dine. She let us know it would likely “be a while longer” if we ordered hot food, but then proceeded to serve every other table’s breakfast made-to-order within ten minutes. "The room was in need of some love as far as decoration goes. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe."
