"Close proximity to the beautiful beach and a short golf cart or bike ride to all restaurants, shops and gym at the community center. Manatees swam right up to us multiple times! The house was perfect for what we needed and Linda was very responsive! We’d love to stay again!"

"Was perfect. Great location. Property just as advertised. Close to Cappy’s market which has everything including great food. Would suggest getting a golf cart to get around. Is 15 minute ride to Gasperilla. Beautiful marina view. And for us. Was very quiet. We will return . Oh btw. Manatees wandering the marina!!"

"Our second year at Mama Dear and it was so much fun enjoying this special place with kids and grandkids. The house is so warm, welcoming, comfortable and well laid out! The pool was a big hit! And being only a short stroll from the beach and downtown, for us, it was the perfect location. We never used our car. Can't wait til next year! Thank you!"
