"Hotel lobby was beautiful and lively. Our room was large with 2 very comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was big with a great shower. gym was well equipped including a personal trainer who gave me some weight lifting tips. Dinner at the lobby restaurant was very good as was the breakfast that came with out premium package. All the staff was courtesy and helpful. Nice location across from the ocean with wide sidewalks for safe walking next to the ocean and less than 15 minutes Uber from the airport."

"Bugan is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Recife. It’s very new, clean, and modern. Most of the other hotels along Boa Viagem beach are 25+ years old and starting to look rundown. The room we booked at Bugan was huge, comfortable, well decorated, and it was a great price. The breakfast included was very high quality too, not your typical cheap hotel breakfast. They had a French chef making custom omelettes. I was impressed."

"Estivemos em um grupo de 04 familias. O espaço do quarto é muito bom, banheiro e ar condicionado muito bons. Café da manhã honesto. Colaboradores sempre agradáveis e prestativos. Única ressalva foi o cheiro da água do banheiro. Era um cheiro próximo a querosene. Todos do grupo estavam sentindo. Questionamos a recepção e nos falaram que até então ninguém havia reclamado."
