"One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great. "

"We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear...

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. "We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options...

"Hotel excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Comida muito boa. Estrutura excelente. Pontos a melhorar são as roupas de cama que não achamos confortáveis e a cama. Além disso, caso deseje comer tapioca no café da manhã o tempo de espera é de 40 min mais ou menos, oque acaba atrasando o café de todos. Fora isso super recomendo!"
