"The pool was not open. Disappointing for IHG. We didn’t look for a deal - we wanted a quality experience after a long day on the road. Staff was apologetic and very kind about it. Later, our son slipped exiting shower and busted his lip. Staff provided an ice pack and asked if he was ok. Hotel may need to review some non slip applications to prevent reoccurrences.
