" Staff friendly and helpful. Awful pillows and no extra blanket or throw in room. TV did not work and I did not want to ask every day for assistance. Black out curtains were not properly hung so that the room was filled with light, not conducive for a good night’s sleep. Tables in dining room not cleaned promptly so it was quite grubby. Clear that renovation is sorely needed as building looks neglected. Room was neat and clean."
