This was the first Best Western I stayed at. The staff was pleasant, professional and accomodating. The property was well-lit at night and clean. I don't travel enough, so I'm not sure if you have to request the trash emptied and fresh towels at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't bad. The facilities I encountered were clean and maintained. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

If you enjoy ‘grass’ the entire building reeks of it. The room smelled damp and they welcomed extremely noisy guests above us at 11:30pm to where there was constant banging and stomping and jumping. The staff was very pleasant but we will never be staying at this location again.
The lady at the front greeted us with an attitude. The breakfast was not good and cold. Would not stay here again. Pool was closed didn’t get to enjoy it either.
Great value would stay again. They need to fill soap in the shower dispenser. Staff was very friendly. They sanitize key cards at check out which I saw when we were checking out. Very clean place and the lobby bathroom you had to have a hotel key to enter which was very safe.
They need better cleaning staff, and they also need weekend cleaning staff. What is this no cleaning staff on the weekend BS? Never again.
Cleaning staff is required 7 days a week in a hotel. No exceptions.

Terrible. Expensive for what we got. Very loud AC, not even a full roll of toilet paper at checkin along with empty body wash and shampoo canisters in the shower. Do not stay here.
