"The property was easy to find and access. We loved the layout!! It was like staying in a storybook treehouse!! The main level has a kitchen, eat- in area with a balcony off of it, and the bathroom and bedroom. The first floor was an all open floorplan. Downstairs was the cozy living area with fireplace, gas heater and tv equipped with Roku. They also had a good collection of DVD's to choose from. This is also where you access the downstairs wrap around porch with a swing to relax, charcoal grill...

"Deer Haven is by far, hands-down, the best one that we have stayed! It was VERY clean, spacious, quiet, nicely decorated, and such an inviting and cozy cabin. Our family thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out, feeding and watching the deer, the hot tub, playing games, sitting out by the fire, and enjoying our family time together. Beds were very comfortable, and loved the reclining couches! The owner thought of everything! Our contact with them was minimal, and they were very prompt in replying...

It was cold and needed extra wood for fireplace and it was delivered promptly but with a cost of $100 which we thought was uncalled for in that we paid over $11,000. for the stay and then was asked to pay for extra wood. Would not let $100 for wood spoil our wonderful get together. We purchased the woods and… All told; we were extremely happy with the accommodations. "

"Beautiful Barndominium and outdoors. Unfortunately we had sewage backup in the bathrooms which could not be addressed over weekend. They do have plumber coming after weekend. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed driving around. "
