Loved the rooftop restaurant/bar made evenings very nice. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the location in Blue Ridge nice having the train right out side.

I have stayed here several time and I will say I am Truly disappointed with this stay. The room was great, bed bedding and cleanliness. The downfall is that there was not hot water. It started off as warm and went cold. This was both days of our stay. We mentioned it to them to only have them we will get someone to look at it. I was what wait what? That is all you have to say. I am not or was not looking for a discount or anything out of it. I do however, feel there should have been a little bit more they could’ve at least said. I mean you have all these great guest and you could careless about how you treat your clients. Do better! Customer service and personalize goes a long way.

The property was clean inside and we'll manicured outside. The staff was friendly and professional. We had an adjoining room and I was nervous about that but we never heard them the entire time. If we had not seen people in the halfway we would have thought we were the only ones in the building. The only thing I would have preferred was a brighter light over the bathroom sink. It was a great experience; we were there for our 30th anniversary and I enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was nothing to worry about at all.
