"Beautiful cozy cabin with an amazing views. The cabin was more beautiful than the pictures in the listing..!! We got a little lost while searching in (the dark) for the property, but Janice answered our call immediately and we found the cabin quite easily afterwards.The cabin was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The views of the Blue Ridge mountains was spectacular from the balcony. The cabin is close the everything we needed! This was the perfect getaway. Thank you Janice for your hospitality!!"

"We were looking for a long weekend away in North Georgia for 23 people of all ages, and this place was perfect.Starting with the communications with the property manager and their team, it was a smooth and easy process. They were always responsive both before and during the stay.The cabin itself is right on the bank fo rthe Toccoa, and the kids loved fishing the river, hanging our on the full sized swing set, and especially the s'mores around the fire pit riverside. Inside, there is so much room in the house that we never felt cramped at all. And it is rare find a place that not only sleeps as many as we needed, but also has a kitchen equipped to feed that many people (including a 14-seat lon dining table)!And the downstairs is a huge playroom and theater that saw a lot of use. Especially since one bedroom had 3 bunk bed stacks with queen beds. All our kids had a sleepover there every night.We'll definitely have this place on our list to visit again when our large group gathers."

"We own a small business and like to host a team retreat with families annually (when we can). This home was perfect! Everyone had their own private space as well as plenty of joint space to spread out and enjoy the weekend together. I was very impressed with the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit and while my husband brought what he needed to cook, we were pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen set up with plenty of pots/pans/bowls/utensils and dishes. The home was absolutely accommodating to our group of 11. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely space!"

"My husband and I took a last minute weekend getaway with our three kids. We had a very relaxing stay. There was plenty of stuff to keep the kids entertained but also plenty of different areas to relax and have quiet time. The house is beautiful and exactly as shown online. We didn’t have to contact anyone because we didn’t have any issues, but the owners made sure to give plenty of directions and contact info if we did need assistance. We are excited to come back when the weather is warmer and we can explore the outdoors, but we had a great January visit - we even got a little snow which was fun! "

"My sister and I came up for a short girls trip. The cabin was great. We enjoyed going into blue ridge and a few wineries. The only thing is that we were pretty sure that the cabin had squirrels in the attic because we could hear them running around all day. I informed the property manager which she was always quick to respond and will let the owners know. Over all we had a great time! "
