"The stay was amazing! The view was fantastic and the room was perfect size! The lodge had all of the amenities one could ask for! The on-site spa and restaurant were amazing, the pool and the hot tub were amazing. Only complain I would have were the pillows. My wife and I went for a couple day getaway from our kids. The bed and everything was amazing, the pillows were those long tube-like pillows. In order to sleep well, we had to double up the pillows. Other than that, the stay was fantastic."

FYI- it is a motel-type inn where the doors open to the outside, but there are cute rocking chairs right outside the door and it’s in downtown Blowing Rock which is quaint and walkable."

"My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the hotel was in a great location near wonderful restaurants and shops, and our room was clean and felt safe. We will definitely be back and would highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice budget friendly place to stay when visiting the area. "
