"We had the best experience. We had just had a baby at the Birth Center of Bloomington-Normal and needed to check-in to a hotel. We booked the hotel and then showed up at 7am to check-in. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room we booked was not available yet so they upgraded us to a different room. The room was perfect and it allowed for us to have the best rest and the best meeting of the siblings experience with our other littles when they met their new baby sibling. 10/10 - will stay there again and recommend to everyone we can. "

"We stayed at the Bloomington IL Comfort Suites on our way home and was pleasantly surprised on the accommodations. The room was clean, well appointed, and quite comfortable. It hit all our boxes and the price was definitely right. But the most impressive part of the trip was 3 hours after we left, I got a message that my husband had left our dirty laundry bag in the bathroom and Cristos (sorry if incorrect spelling) went above and beyond to help us get it returned to us. Not many hotels would even contact us if we left something behind, let alone help us retrieve our belongings, even if it is just dirty laundry. Comfort Suites has now become my new favorite hotel while traveling and I will go out of my way to check them out first. Thank you Comfort Suites and your team. You made us feel very welcomed and cared for. "
