"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"When we arrived we weren't sure about Chai T. House, but it has exceeded expectations. Chai T house is a little dated, and the open house and use of wood makes it a bit damp. The kids missed a place to unwind with some screen time. The house does have a tv, but it wasnt working. The wifi however is good and we had a laptop.The gardens are amazing and the staff work hard to maintain the gardenbeds. "The host for Villa Wirada confirmed our stay in Dec. 2024. Just prior to our travel, the host wrote to say 'sorry I double booked your dates' and I'll find you a like property, which I agreed to. BIG mistake. The property he booked us in was disgusting on every level. fecal matter in the toilet, musty smell in the rooms, dirty sheets, no clean water, etc...he billed us the same price for Villa Wirada, which I imagine is nice. "The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet side road in Tibubeneng. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day.
