"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"When we arrived we weren't sure about Chai T. House, but it has exceeded expectations. Chai T house is a little dated, and the open house and use of wood makes it a bit damp. The kids missed a place to unwind with some screen time. The house does have a tv, but it wasnt working. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day. "Villa Namate was amazing. The staff who work here make it the best place to stay in all of Bali. It is like a personal resort. The grounds are fantastically pristine. The complimentary dinner and breakfast are delicious! I wish I would have booked for longer. The staff even took care of my mother when she was ill. "We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. "Fabulous villa only a short drive into central Ubud. Very quiet of a night time and the pool was amazing. Highly recommended if you want to be close to restaurants etc but want sone peace and quiet. Staff were fabulous and the Owner checked in with us daily to make sure we were OK with everything."

"Beautiful villa- very nicely decorated with everything you could need. Beds and pillows very comfy. Very well kept and clean… Komang did a great job each day cleaning and making sure everything was ok. Dollar the driver was great too. Pool lovely and views of rice paddy great. Very tranquil and relaxing. Easy to get around by taxi or scooter.. can walk to ubud but is about 40 minutes… some local restaurants near and bakery at end of road. Lots to do in the vicinity. "The location is great, it’s super convenient to take grabs everywhere and the parking makes it easy for car pick up rides. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within a minute walk radius. The staff are friendly but poor communication and understanding. I called down to the restaurant, it took 3 people to order, at the end I just went down. Also it took almost 2 hours to get towels for the room, called 3 times because they didn’t replace any while cleaning. Then there was another incident with...

"I’ve stayed at the Alaya twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. This time for 1 week and it was just perfect. The staff is amazing. The spa is incredible, pools and gym are all a 10. I would definitely stay here again. Location is close to the center and walkable to a lot IF the heat wasn’t so intense but it’s Bali and it is, so we still needed to use taxis to get to some of the “spots” but not a big deal. Lots of restaurants and shops near. Yoga Barn is literally next door if that’s your vibe! "

"This was a great property just a 10 min walk from the beach. Reasonably priced, really clean and super attentive staff. The room was spacious and with every facility I needed. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic with a wide selection of international and local cuisine. I would definitely stay here again. "
