Overall, we liked our room (nomad villa with pool) & overall the resort, but, the toilet was a massive fail in our eyes (we really need more than a glass wall between the toilet and the rest of the room). "Eastin Ashta was by far our favourite place to stay in Bali. We stayed at 4 other price equivalent accommodations throughout Bali and we kept wishing we were back at eastin ashta. The staff here are amazing and the breakfast buffet is top notch!"

"My husband and I stayed at Ayung Resort Ubud for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We had booked a Valley Pool Villa, but were kindly upgraded to a Royal Rainforest Villa, which was a lovely surprise. The villa was extremely spacious, making us feel tiny. The swimming pool and gardens were immaculately maintained. We used the outdoor pool daily and spent most of our time at the resort, visiting the restaurant three nights in a row. We also tried the complimentary afternoon tea service twice, which was a nice touch because we never experience that in the U.S. The restaurant server, Gosenadi, told us that the chef, a Ubud native, had won a cooking competition in Singapore. It makes sense because his food was way better than what we normally get from a lot of restaurants in U.S. We mainly tried Balinese cuisine, and my husband enjoyed the barbecue pork ribs recommended by Gosenadi and Adreani. I loved the beetroot salad, and the fresh vegetables, which my husband, who grew up on a farm, also praised. Gosenadi informed us that all produce served at Ayung was locally grown. We used the spa, which was reasonably priced and staffed by professional and kind therapists. After our long flights from Chicago (took two days to get there), we needed a relaxation massage. Our room had excellent WiFi, allowing me to work on my laptop without issues. We loved the staff at Ayung Resort the most; they were always smiling and accommodating. We felt treated like royalty."

"From the moment I walked into SANNA UBUD, I knew I had made the right choice! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was greeted with a smile and even offered a welcome drink. The room was absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I also had the pleasure of dining at their restaurant, where the food was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail from the staff. Every interaction felt personal, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Special thanks to Eka & Dian for making my stay even more memorable! I can't wait to return to SANNA UBUD and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay."
