"Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。"

"The villa is clean and very well presented, everything is as pictured, 6 min walk to the beach and 5 min on a bike to everything seminyak has to offer my family loved it Only con is there is no fresh running water in the villa the running water is salty and after a while you get abit over salt water showers. (i believe the whole area is the same) and the AC in each room are quite loud at night time if you have them on high sounds like there is alot of wind on the roof. "

"What a fantastic property. The best vacation home we have ever stayed at, across many we have used in various parts of the world. First, the home is just beautiful. The views are great. The facility is maintained flawlessly. However, the biggest difference is the staff. A fulltime staff of 10 people under the supervision of Kadek ensure that you are treated like royalty. "Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"My friends and I (10 people) stayed two nights at this villa and loved our stay! Communication with the manager was easy, although we did get lost because the exact address given by Vrbo was not quite right. It gave us one further down the same street. But once we got in it was so lovely. The pool and air conditioning were great! We had one of our AC units break the first night, and the staff were so helpful in fixing it right away. "Everything felt safe, clean, and relaxing. A lovely hideaway very close to everything. All facilities more than enough. Felt so personalised and not pretentious. Which only made us feel more at home. Nyoman and Ayu could not do enough to help while never intrusive. It was a very easy stay for us. All family members relaxed and looked after. No complaints We were allowed a late checkout when we gave late notice Definitely would stay again"

"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. We cut our stay short to find something more suitable for our families with small children. The villa cleaning staff were also in the villa...

"The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet side road in Tibubeneng. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day. "This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The entire staff from the moment we arrived treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with such politeness. I really felt like royalty. The property is immaculate and groomed every day. Our villa was so private and clean. I could easily live there! I almost want to keep this place a secret but you have to experience this beautiful place!"

"What an exceptional place to stay. Staff that constantly go beyond, in all areas of the hotel, to make sure that your stay is the best it could possibly be. The dining experience is exceptional, and will be even better with the opening of their new restaurant/breakfast area mid December. Cold bintang on check-in and if you are lucky enough, an invite to the rooftop cocktail party for a meet and greet with other guests and management. Dollar wise it's great value for money and although it was our first visit, it definitely wont be our last. So looking forward to next time....😊"
