"Decent little non-descript place. Fine for our stay as we weren't in the room much. Nothing fancy but good overall value. Room was good-sized and relatively clean. Bed was comfortable. What we paid was a bit pricey but there was a big event in town. Normal prices are more reasonable."

"The staff at Maven’s was absolutely amazing!! I want to specifically shout out April (who was our waitress/bartender at the restaurant. She was a true blessing during the time we stayed at the inn. She was phenomenal in the bar area but she was also so incredibly sweet with my 1 year old son! I will definitely be back when I find myself in Canyon Lake again!"

"The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go."

"We just returned home from our weekend at Outdoorsy hill country. This was a wonderful glamping experience. Kaylie went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Everything was supplied, beds/bedding were very comfortable, our tent was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed riding the golf cart around the property and seeing all of the deer. Definitely will return for another trip. "
