The property was fine. I stayed several days and when i asked the staff if she could clean my room she wasn't willing to do it. She asked if i was staying or checking out as if to suggest that it wasnt necessary to clean since i wasnt checking out. She barely replaced the towels and was unintersted in taking the trash as she left it. I paid almost $400 for her to not want to clean my room. Odd customer service.

Overall, this day was fine. The first room I was put in had a constantly running toilet. They were unable to fix it in the moment and offered me to move to the next room. I was charged two $50 holds instead of just the one for the one room and still have not received a refund on either one. Unable to get a hold of anybody at the hotel directly to get this taken care of.

I reserved this hotel cause it said it had a hot tub. come to find out that its broke we saw it its as green as grass if they don't plan to fix it then take it off the website, This trip was an R & R for my husband & I and we wanted a hot tub
