"Clean and friendly"

"Stayed in the Ribble Suite it was very nice apart from the Bathroom was very cold only having a small electric heated towel rail you have to leave the bathroom door open with the heat full on in the Suite for a hour or so to warm up the bathroom. our biggest gripe was that the Suite was warm all afternoon but when we returned to dress for dinner at 7pm the hotel heating had turned itself off and the room was uncomfortable chilly reported it to night manager who Forbes the hotel heating boiler...

"Took the double bed option. Smallish room with a sink. Very clean and well presented. Toilets and bathrooms very handy across the hall. Good cooked breakfast. Handy car park out the front. For a cheap overnight stay to put me up after a night out with the boys in Preston i couldn't really fault it. "

"When I arrived at the hotel the hostess was really friendly and welcoming,she went above and beyond,the room was amazing with everything you needed, the bed was comfy the hotel was a really good price and I had a lovely stay over ,I have recommended this hotel to a friend and I would definitely stop here again in the future "

"Great location and great price but bathroom and kitchen area are tired looking and outdated. Bedroom smelt but was only there to sleep. Traffic noise from 6am felt constant for about 2 hours. Checking in and the codes were simple to use."

"Not been back home to Southport in twenty years. I wanted a hotel just off the beaten track. Leicester road, know it well. Service is all about time, skill and dedication and after a lifetime in catering. You get that at the Leicester hotel. Special thanks to the chef, great breakfast as I never got to thank you in person. Thanks for the coffee tip. Thank you great stay, all the best."

"Highfield house is very close to centre of Skipton. Parking is relatively easy in the area. Our host was available when I called to ask about parking on drive and as she had finished preparing the rooms allowed us to check in then. Very helpful."

"This is a superb guest house in the best position in Haworth. Despite being moments away from the Main Street and the Brontë museum, it is super quiet. The decor and rooms are stylish, beautifully presented and spotless. The owners are genuinely nice people who are good at what they do and also treat everyone as individuals. There is nothing they haven’t thought of - lots of finishing touches in the rooms, and a fridge/honesty bar stocking snacks, crisps, drinks is available 24/7 including fresh...
