"We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "

"We had a very comfortable time in the cottage. When I asked Rachel if there was a coffee maker or French press in the home she said no and then messaged me that she’d gone out to get one for our stay. How lovely is that!? She left us a couple of treats as well. The cottage was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed for our winter retreat. "Lovely long weekend staying to celebrate a family members 60th birthday. Lovely cottage and surrounding areas, easy commutable distance to activities. All amenities thought off and lovely touch with some Halloween decorations which were enjoyed by all. Communication was amazing and the managers helped with making sure our surprise worked. Very spacious property and everything we thought out for everyone staying. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. "We had a short stay at Salt Pot cottage over half term and had a lovely time. The property is a new build and in excellent condition throughout. We had a lovely time, enjoyed the hot tub and had a lovely pub meal at the Hare and Hounds in Lothersdale. The views from the cottage are lovely, even in the October gloom, it must be stunning when the sun comes out"
